Topic: Welcome!

Almost six months ago I wrote a post to the ARETF website (http://www.aretf.org/) announcing the great reception the ARETF had received at the TAPR DCC conference. One of the next steps I listed was launching a site for discussions about the ARETF, today I can finally cross off that to-do.
